Artists Requirements
Visual
Fine Art
GLASS
An object made of glass including blown, fused, stained, cast and molded. Embellishment of manufactured materials is not permitted.
JEWELRY
All Jewelry crafted from fine metals and authentic stone. At least 50% of the organic materials in the finished product used must be produced by the artist.
METAL
Functional and non-sculptural works incorporating metal.
PAINTING
The use of oils, acrylics, watercolors, and tempera suitable for hanging. All items framed and on frames for table or free standing if large painting.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Prints, transparencies or digital images made from the artist’s original negative or taken with a digital camera that has been processed by the artist. All items framed and on stands for table or free standing if large print.
SCULPTURE
Three-dimensional work is done in any individual medium.
WOOD
Original works in wood that are built, turned, carved or tooled.
ARTIST SPECIFICATIONS
All artists must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Gala.

All Artists must attend the Gala and must attend in Black tie attire.
​
No Admission fee is required for Artists.
​
Artists must submit artists general information and a picture/video of their work.
​
Artists must provide Artists cards with contact information.
​
Artwork may be sold at the Gala.
​
Artists must promote the Arts Council of Fayette County and
the Arts Alive Gala on social media and Enews (if applicable).
​
Arts Council of Fayette will provide table for artwork.
​
Costumes may be provided for Performers if needed.
​
Deadline for Artist Submission is January 2024.
